About The Agape School

The Agape School is a newly reimagined early childhood education center offering an elevated, nurturing, and innovative learning experience. Previously known as Valley Forge Children's Academy, it underwent a comprehensive rebrand to reflect its mission of developing children holistically—intellectually, socially, and emotionally—while meeting the expectations of modern working families.

The Situation

With a change in leadership and a renewed vision, the school required a complete transformation—from its name and visual identity to the physical space and digital presence. The brand needed to convey premium quality, cultural richness, and personal connection to differentiate it in a competitive educational landscape.

The Strategy

The Positiv-Media Bureau team guided a Full Brand Sprint that included:

  • A new name and identity system rooted in warmth, exploration, and empowerment
  • World-themed classroom concepts aligned with the STEM-based and Spanish-immersion curriculum
  • Bold environmental design including murals and signage to make the learning space feel vibrant and immersive
  • Digital tools to support parent engagement and streamline enrollment

The Logo

The logo features a globe and pencil, symbolizing a global view and commitment to learning. Playful yet polished typography in bright, youthful colors underscores the brand’s joyful, inclusive spirit. A confident underline suggests forward momentum and creativity.

Designed the Space

Every classroom was given a unique visual identity based on global regions, such as the Arctic Room, Amazon Room, Safari Room, and more. Large-format indoor murals were custom-designed for classrooms and hallways to reinforce these world themes and provide children with immersive, culturally enriched environments. A fully custom backlit outdoor sign was also designed, produced, and installed to create a powerful first impression and establish the brand's presence in the community.

Marketing Collateral

Staff uniforms, children’s apparel, tote bags, mugs, and other swag items were created to unify the brand experience. Internal documents such as welcome packets, fee schedules, and branded folders were all designed for consistency and professionalism.

Digital Media

Digital touchpoints included the development of a website that not only showcased the curriculum but also allowed families to schedule tours and begin the enrollment process directly online. Custom reel content and social posts were created to support the grand opening campaign.

The Website

The new website features a warm, welcoming design in line with the brand identity and provides streamlined access to curriculum overviews, tour scheduling, enrollment interest forms, and more. It acts as both an informational hub and a first touchpoint for prospective families.

Positioning for Success

Through strategic brand development and environmental storytelling, The Agape School now stands as a premium childcare option that rivals private school experiences. The cohesive branding across touchpoints—from signage to swag to the digital experience—ensures the school is positioned to attract families seeking quality, cultural depth, and heartfelt care.
