About The Agape School

The Agape School is a reimagined early childhood education center designed to deliver a premium, nurturing, and culturally enriched learning experience. Formerly Valley Forge Children’s Academy, the school was renamed and repositioned to reflect a holistic approach to child development that supports intellectual, social, and emotional growth while meeting the needs of modern working families.

The Situation

Following a change in leadership and vision, the school required a full transformation. This included a new name, brand identity, physical environment, and digital presence. The challenge was to create a brand that communicated quality, warmth, and trust while standing out in a competitive childcare and early education market.

The Strategy

We led a Full Brand Sprint to establish a cohesive identity across every touchpoint. The strategy focused on creating a welcoming, elevated brand rooted in exploration, culture, and empowerment. Key initiatives included a new name and logo system, world-themed classroom concepts aligned with STEM and Spanish-immersion learning, immersive environmental design, and digital tools to support enrollment and parent engagement.

The Logo

The logo features a globe paired with a pencil, symbolizing global awareness and a commitment to learning. Bright, youthful colors and playful yet refined typography convey warmth and inclusivity. A confident underline reinforces forward momentum and creativity, reflecting the school’s growth-focused mission.

Designed the Space

Each classroom was assigned a unique global identity, including themes such as the Arctic Room, Amazon Room, and Safari Room. Custom large-format murals were designed for classrooms and hallways to create immersive, culturally inspired environments. A fully custom backlit exterior sign was also designed, produced, and installed to establish a strong visual presence and memorable first impression within the community.

Marketing Collateral

Branded apparel and materials were created to unify the school experience, including staff uniforms, children’s apparel, tote bags, mugs, and internal documents. Welcome packets, fee schedules, and branded folders were designed to ensure professionalism and consistency across all family communications.

Digital Media

Digital assets were developed to support visibility and enrollment, including custom social media content and reels for the grand opening campaign. These assets reinforced the school’s identity while highlighting its curriculum, culture, and learning environment.

The Website

A warm, parent-friendly website was developed to serve as the school’s primary digital touchpoint. The site provides clear access to curriculum information, tour scheduling, and enrollment interest forms, functioning as both an informational resource and a conversion tool for prospective families.

Positioning for Success

Through comprehensive brand development and environmental storytelling, The Agape School now positions itself as a premium childcare and early education option comparable to private school experiences. Consistent branding across signage, spaces, materials, and digital platforms supports long-term growth and attracts families seeking quality education, cultural depth, and genuine care.
