About the Company
TruPartner Credit Union is a member-owned, not-for-profit financial institution based in Cincinnati, Ohio. Formed in 2015 through the merger of Cincinnati Central and Communicating Arts Credit Unions, TruPartner serves more than 17,000 members. Members pool deposits to support accessible financial products including home loans, auto loans, consumer loans, and student loans, all delivered with a strong emphasis on personal service and community connection.
The Situation
As an established credit union in a competitive regional market, TruPartner needed a fresh campaign to increase membership and reinforce its role as a trusted community asset. While the brand was already well-defined, it had been underutilized visually and lacked the momentum needed to stand out across physical and digital channels.
The Strategy
Rather than rebrand from scratch, the strategy focused on amplifying TruPartner’s existing identity. Using the current logo and foundational brand guidelines, we refreshed the visual approach and messaging to create stronger emotional resonance, local relevance, and visibility across multiple touchpoints.

The Logo
TruPartner provided an existing logo and basic brand standards. After evaluating how the brand was being applied, we built upon these assets to ensure consistent, confident execution across campaign materials while maintaining brand integrity.
Out-of-Home Campaign
A series of one-page flyers and leave-behind materials were developed with updated messaging and crafted slogans. These pieces were designed for in-branch use as well as distribution at community events and public functions. To maximize exposure, a billboard campaign was also created for high-traffic roadways throughout the region.
Digital Campaign
To complement the physical campaign, interactive and eye-catching social media ads were developed. These digital assets reinforced the refreshed messaging and positioned TruPartner as a local, member-focused alternative to large national banks. The campaign was designed to make prospective members feel seen, heard, and connected to the credit union’s mission.
Positioning for Success
TruPartner Credit Union was equipped with a complete campaign toolkit, including flyers, posters, billboards, and digital assets for platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn. Together, these touchpoints strengthened brand visibility, reinforced community trust, and supported ongoing membership growth across Cincinnati and surrounding areas.
